Sam is a great waitress. She did a great job serving and making sure that we had all the food and materials that we needed. She's very understanding and a very sweet waitress who was able to help us enjoy our dinner. I enjoyed the place and the food was really good.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon as I was craving some Indian Chinese. It is a very interesting fusion of these two cuisines which brings different flavor profile to these dishes and also there are some dishes that are not found on traditional Chinese or traditional Indian menus. This place has been around for at least 10 years but I hadn't been here in a while. Its exactly how I remember it. Clean place with a reasonably nice decor. We opted to go for the a la carte menu (they also had a buffet that we would have eaten at). We were seated right away and got our waters as we perused the menu. We ordered some chicken lollipops and mix pakora for appetizers along with chicken Manchurian and Hakka noodles with chicken for our entrees. The chicken lollipops were just as good as I remember. A good quantity, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. Great flavor and came with a chili dipping sauce that complemented it well. The pakoras were also cooked well with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A Mix of potatoes, chili and greens and came with both mint and tamarind chutneys with a special spice sprinkled on the top (I think it was chaat masala) that gave it that extra zing. The Hakka noodles with chicken were very well flavored with plenty of chicken pieces and not greasy at all. Very enjoyable and hit the spot for my craving. The chicken Manchurian was also good but I have had better. Again flavor was good and saucy but just didn't stand out as well as the noodles. It is definitely a good place to get Indian Chinese in the greater Chicago area. Too bad I don't live here otherwise this would definitely be in my regular rotation.

Was here with my cousins. Great good ... great atmosphere. Lollipop chicken was amazing. I would definitely reconnect this place. The only thing I would advice is that waiter would bring non veg and vegetarian food to the wrong side of the table I wish he was more aware of what food went where and same with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks other than that. Brilliant

We used to come to India House years ago for the buffet. Someone posted that the buffet was back... but inside Bombay Chopsticks Restaurant. We have been here three times already! The fresh hot Tandoori Chicken sizzling on a platter is so yummy! When your being seated they will ask you if your a vegetarian, if you want the chicken be sure to tell them no! The buffet is full of amazing Indian dishes... so everyone in your party will surely find something yummy to eat! There are vegetarian dishes, as well as chicken, and even goat meat. The samosa's and the naan are really delicious too! Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Everything is all you can eat and he brought us naan and Tandoori Chicken refills and kept our water glasses full! We appreciated his service with a smile! You have to come and give this place a try! We will be back for sure!

I love Indian buffets ever since my friend took us to the nearby Gaylord restaurant many years ago. Saw that India House reopened their buffet after a break during covid, and I suggested to my gfs for us to try for our next lunch date based off of the good reviews. Happy to say that we all enjoyed! Great variety of meat and vegetarian entrees, appetizers, a salad bar, and 2 delicious Indian desserts (mango kulfi and kheer). They brought out piping-fresh, tender, homemade naan along with a plate of tandoori chicken. Everything looked made with care, even the quality of salad greens. Also my friend who has a lower spice tolerance than us was able to find many things to eat. Prices are: $15.95 Tue-Fri (11:30-2:30) $16.95 Sat & Sun (11:30-3) Very friendly service from our server Sukumar where our dirty plates were cleared promptly and waters were refilled attentively. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Definitely would go here again :)!
